In a sense, this attitude has not been helped by those applicants who have attempted to "push the envelope" in cases such as: Grant v Commissioner of Patents [2006] FCAFC 120 (18 July 2006), Peter Szabo and Associates Pty Ltd [2005] APO 24 (5 May 2005) and the almost ridiculous attempt in Invention Pathways Pty Ltd [2010] APO 10 (21 July 2010).
